How Bluejay works: platform role and responsibilities
A concise explanation of the service model, what candidates and clients verify, and where to read the official 2026 terms.
Bluejay's role
Bluejay is an information-intermediary platform. It helps organize vacancy information, candidate profiles, initial contact and recruitment coordination, but it is not the candidate's employer and does not replace the parties to an employment or service agreement.
What candidates should verify
Candidates should independently confirm the employer, duties, compensation, schedule, location, contract terms and required documents. The platform does not guarantee employment, a visa, a work permit, residence status or a specific assignment.
What clients are responsible for
Clients verify candidate information and remain responsible for lawful hiring, working conditions, migration and tax compliance, personal-data handling and non-discriminatory vacancy requirements.
